My love for street-food knows no bounds. Which is why, I have been eating (and clicking) away in my recent trip to India. India has such a versatile street-food scene that you are bound to stop over and try the unique but tasty options out there!
Want something spicy and crunchy? Turn to the bhel-puris and the pani puris. Delhi heat getting the best of you ? Gulp down a glass of nebu-pani (lemonade) to quench your thirst! Not enough? Need something filling and chilled? Well then, try the soft kulfi ice-creams and golas (popsicles)! From freshly roasted nuts and popcorns to more elaborate meals of dosas and pao-bhaji – there will always be something for everyone! I have received quite a bit of inspiration for food recipes in this trip 🙂
Here are pictures of some of the street-food I encountered during my travel through New Delhi, Agra, Srinagar, Pahalgam and Kolkata in India. Enjoy! ❤
